Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every tour booked with Pokhara City Tour, whether online or by email.

Booking

You can book online on the tour page, or email us with the tour, your dates and the number of people travelling. We'll reply with availability and confirm all the details. For treks and flights, we need a clear copy of each traveller's passport.

Deposit and payment

• A deposit of 25% of the tour price confirms your booking.
• The balance is paid before the trip starts, or on arrival if we've agreed this with you.
• We accept card payments online, bank transfers and cash. Some international money transfer services can be arranged on request.
• Card payments may carry a processing fee, which is always shown before you pay.

If you cancel

• 10 or more days before the start date: we refund 50% of your deposit.
• Less than 10 days before the start date: the deposit is not refundable.

If we change or cancel your trip

If a tour can't go ahead because of the weather, safety concerns or anything else outside our control, we'll offer you another date or a full refund of what you've paid. Weather-dependent activities (paragliding, ultralight flights and mountain flights) are moved to another day or refunded if they can't go ahead.

Groups and solo travellers

All our tours are private, whether you're travelling alone or in a group. You'll never have to wait for other people to join.

Your responsibilities

• Carry your passport and visa throughout your stay in Nepal; they're also needed for trekking permits.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance, and it's required for treks. It should cover medical treatment, evacuation (including helicopter rescue on treks) and the loss or theft of your belongings.
• Let us know about any health conditions that could affect an activity.
• Follow your guide's and pilot's safety instructions.
