- Bookings and enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, number of travellers, pickup details and any requests you send us. For treks and flights, we also need your passport details.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form).
- Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic logs such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to keep the site secure and working properly.
Why we use it
- To confirm and run your tour, and to contact you about it.
- To send you booking confirmations, invoices and trip reminders.
- To answer your questions.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations in Nepal.
We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the people we need to run your trip (for example hotels, airlines, trekking permit offices, and paragliding and activity operators), and with the service providers that run our website, email and payments.

How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we're required to for accounting and legal purposes. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.
