Davis Falls
A waterfall that plunges into a narrow chasm and disappears underground, on the south side of the city.

At Davis Falls (Patale Chhango), the Pardi Khola stream, which flows out of Phewa Lake, plunges into a deep, narrow chasm and simply disappears underground. Come after the monsoon, between July and September, and the roar is really something.
The falls are right opposite Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, so the two are always visited together.
