Sarangkot
The 1,600 m hill above Phewa Lake, famous for its Himalayan sunrises and as Pokhara's paragliding launch site.

Sarangkot rises to about 1,600 m on the north side of Phewa Lake. It was once a village of its own and is now part of Pokhara, and its viewpoint looks straight across to Dhaulagiri, the Annapurna massif, Machhapuchhre and, on very clear days, Manaslu.
